Shipping Regions
We ship worldwide. Exact shipping costs and estimated delivery times for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.

Origin of Shipment
Your order ships internationally from our production/fulfilment partner. This means delivery times are longer than for a purely domestic shop, and cross-border shipments may be subject to customs processing (see "Import Duties & Taxes" below).

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 4–12 business days from dispatch. Delays can occur, particularly around customs clearance or peak demand — we'll keep you informed if anything changes.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide — we cover the full cost.

Import Duties & Taxes
We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees are already included in the price you pay — you will not be charged anything extra by customs or the carrier on delivery.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Risk of Loss
For consumers, risk of loss or damage during transit passes to you only once you (or a person you designate) physically receive the goods — not upon dispatch. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@liberteluxe.com and we will resolve it; this does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address you provided.

Partial Shipments
Depending on stock availability, your order may arrive in more than one shipment at no extra cost to you.
